Joel is a consummate negotiator and deal maker with 35 years of experience in all aspects of real estate. His empathetic and compassionate nature make him an ideal matchmaker for buyers and sellers. His life has taken him to many cultures around the world, which helps understand and work with people from all walks of life. He is a great listener and deal maker with a passion for pleasing people. His technique does not allow any leads to fall through the cracks. Joel founded and grew a construction company consisting of selling real estate, developing land, and building single family houses. From townhouses to exquisite chalets and many styles in between, his company flourished. This love of architecture and home building knowledge made him a perfect platform to market and sell property. In 2005, Joel arrived in Naples, Florida which brought him a new passion for the beauty of Southwest Florida. His appreciation of local architecture and life of living in Paradise, reignited his desire to help others make the transition to life here in Southwest Florida. Joel has been selling local businesses for over 7 years. His experience as a Business Broker has widened his knowledge of International commerce as he has helped foreigners obtain E-2 Visas, which is necessary to live here year-round.
